Mela times at MET
As part of the 2 Decades Celebration, MET League of Colleges held MET MELA on March 18, 2009 at the MET grounds. This event was well attended by over 2500 students, academicians, staff and corporates. Lighting of the traditional lamp by Trustee, marked the inauguration of the MET Mela. This set the mood for the excitement to follow. Captivating dances on Rajasthan, Gujarat and Malvan backed by folk music items were performed by MET staff and students. more>>>
MET announces the 'Right to Vote' initiative
MET League of Colleges in association with Agni and Jaago Re.com inaugurated the awareness drive to create a movement for the youth, to select and elect their leader for the forth coming Lok Sabha elections. The entire objective was to demand for a better life and future by electing capable individuals and political parties to power at the centre.
US-India relations: into the future
Mr. Paul A. Folmsbee, Consul General of United States of America visited MET League of Colleges for a topical interactive session on ‘US-India Relations Leading into the New Administration’ at MET Convention Centre. MET HOPE – News and Views
'MET HOPE – News and Views' was launched to offer MET management students a platform to discuss and debate the major events of the preceding week. It is to keep them up-to-dated with current events and their implications, attempting to chart a course for tomorrow as an answer to the events of today. This also enables students develop news analysis capability to forecast, predict and help build a long term perspective on the socio-economic future of the society.
Bihar Flood Relief Campaign
Immediately after the massive devastation that the floods had caused in the northern districts of Bihar, where an estimated 2 million people were severely affected, the MET League of Colleges - conscious of its responsibility towards society, launched an immediate Relief Campaign to provide the flood affected families with a ‘Family Relief Kit’. more>>>
