An elaborate discussion on the recent advances and applications of analytical method validation, approaches in method transfers, herbal standardization as well as UPLC, mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS technologies in a state level seminar on ‘Analytical Research in Pharmaceutical Industry: Concepts and Advances’ organised by MET’s Institute of Pharmacy, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik was greatly appreciated by the students and delegates.

This University of Pune sponsored seminar was arranged on 06th and 07th February 2009. Eminent professionals like Mr. Ananthkrishna Padiyar, Novartis India Ltd., Dr. V. K. Mourya, Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad, Dr. P.A. Sathe, Ruia College, Mumbai, Dr. Abhay Walvekar, Matrix Laboratories, Dr. J. S. Wagh, Waters India Ltd. and Mr. Subodh Chawan, Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. were the resource persons for the seminar.
