MET not only makes minds sharp but has also produced sharp shooters. MRV student Ms. Ishwari Chavan - Grade VII is an ace toxophilite. Displaying outstanding archery skills, she has done MET proud by winning multiple championships.
She won 3 gold medals in the 33rd Prabodhan Krida Mahotsav in December’2010 competing with over 50 participants. She also won 3 gold medals in the Mumbai Open Archery Championship in February’ 2011, where she beat over 80 participants. She stood 11th in the District Sports Organization State Level Archery Competition.
She has been coaching for barely 5 months and has rapidly shown great improvement and has won accolades everywhere.
