MRV’s mastermind triumphs!

MET Rishikul Vidyalaya student of Grade 1, Aditya Banglore has achieved the 2nd International Rank in the final round of the 5th IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) exams conducted by SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) on February 12th, 2012. The IMO is a means to identify and encourage the mathematical creativity of children in schools across India and abroad. IMO invites students from 1st to 12th class to participate and excel at international level. More than million students across the India and abroad participate in this mega competition.

SOF are the largest conductor of Olympiad exams in Asia with schools from 14 countries appearing in the Olympaid exams. In India, over 20000 schools from 1000 cities register for the Olympiads and millions of students appear for exams annually for the 1st level exam. Top 500 International Rank Holders, State & School toppers from each class appear for the 2nd level exam.

Aditya of MRV has proven that creativity and maths - the perfect blend of the right and the left brain is the cutting edge winning formula at MET. Winners will be felicitated on July 8th with a laptop, medal and a merit certificate. Kudos to MRV student, Aditya!
