MET Schools of Management orgainsed the guest lecture on ‘IT – Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’ by Mr. Achyut Godbole - Writer, Management Consultant and IT Specialist on March 27, 2010 at the MET Convention Centre. The lecture was well attended by MET SOM and IT students along with senior faculty and staff members. He advised the students that in the years to come they have to learn to function as team members and as such it is necessary to develop proficient communication skills. One has to put across his views clearly and effectively as also should have strong listening skills. Right kind of interactive skills is going to be the most important skill that a successful executive would need. |
