Dear Alumni,
The MET Alumni Meet that was held on August 9, 2008, proved one thing... that sharp minds have gone places. But, no matter how many milestones they cross and how high they climb, they're never far from their alma mater.
At the reunion, we unveiled the MET alumni website. A place where you can connect with your batch mates, catch up with the latest news and relive the good times you shared in the institute. Besides being a platform to share views and gather information on trends and happenings in the industry, the website will also be useful to network with corporates.
Your inputs and feedback will turn the exchange of ideas between the faculty and ex-students into a fount of valuable knowledge and expertise. AskMET, a unique feature of the website, is a place where you can post any queries you may have about your profession, your areas of interest or MET. You could also ask us about any support that you may require from us in the form of guidance, suggestions, MDPs, training programmes etc. You keep the questions coming in. And, we will attempt to provide you answers within a week.
We are grateful to those who attended the Alumni Meet for having suggested that you would like to contribute to the institute by constituting committees. The details of these are sent as an attachment for those of you who could not attend.
