‘MET IOM Alumni Excellence Awards 2021’ were instituted in the year 2021 to celebrate and felicitate the alumni who have brought laurels to MET Institute of Management by making significant and outstanding contributions in their profession, business, and/or to the society.

MET IOM alumni who meet all the requirements such as completion of Master of Management Studies (MMS), not being a current employee of MET Institute of Management or a member of the awards committee are eligible for the award.

As a part of the jury for MET IOM Alumni Excellence Awards 2021, the selection committee was composed of eminent personalities from academia and industry who evaluated the nominee and selected the awardees.

The first step of the selection process is document verification. Once the nomination process closed, verification of documents provided by nominees were carried out.

The Jury members evaluated the nominees on the basis of the position of significance held by the alumnus and the impact it had, their designation in current and previous organizations along with the duration and achievements during that period, contribution to the organization or industry, awards or recognition received from the organization currently employed or previously, any major recognition, or any association or platform of repute which contributes to society or alma mater.
