MET Rishikul Vidyalaya proudly hosted the west India chapter of the ‘Annual Teachers’ Symposium’. The symposium was jointly organised by MRV, the Indian School of Business & Finance (ISBF) and the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) on 28th August 2019 at MET Mumbai Campus. The theme for this year’s symposium was ‘Empowering Post-Millennials by Future-proofing Learning & Counselling’, through which the ISBF facilitators discussed the primary points - academic, career-centric, psychological, pedagogical and counselling practices that can better support today's students. The symposium began with a keynote address by Prof. Paul Kelly, Dean - University of London Programmes (London School of Economics). Prof. Paul Kelly, London School of Economics gave a glimpse of what it takes to get accepted in the London School of Economics. Prof. Aryapriya Ganguly, ISBF, shared valuable insights with teachers present about how mobile handsets can be used to their advantage in the teaching field for various planning and execution. The symposium was well attended by 65 teachers from top international schools in Mumbai and Pune.
