What is MMS?: Master of Management Studies (MMS) is a two year full-time Masters Degree programme affiliated to the University of Mumbai & accredited by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

What is the admission procedure for MET MMS?: The admissions to the MMS program is governed by the selection procedure as described in the “Information Brochure – Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State, Mumbai – MAH-MBA/MMS” which is issued every year by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra. It remains a much sought after premium B-School in Maharashtra in which graduates and experienced MBA aspirants writing MAH-CET, and other prestigious entrance exams seek to secure admission.

What is the eligibility criteria of this programme?: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate from a recognized university to be eligible for MMS Admission 2025. Reserved category candidates get a 5% relaxation in marks (45%). Final-year students are also eligible for admission to the MMS program.

What is MH-CET and are there any negative markings?: MH-CET is an acronym for Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test which is 200 marks multiple-choice objective type online test. This competitive exam is conducted once in a year by DTE, Govt. of Maharashtra and encompasses Quantitative Aptitude, Logic, Data Interpretation, English, Grammar, Visual Reasoning. There are no negative markings.
What is the fee structure for MMS?: The fee structure for the MMS First Year (2025–26) varies based on the student’s category and their graduation university. Fees are to be paid online or via Demand Draft in favour of: "Mumbai Educational Trust Institute of Management", payable at Mumbai.

Does MET provide hostel facilities to the students?: Currently the Institute does not provide hostel facilities to students. However, it endeavors to help students to procure accommodation around MET campus.

Is work experience mandatory for MMS at MET IOM?: For the MMS admissions, work experience is not mandatory. The programs cater to both candidates fresh graduates and prior experience.
