MET presents Carnival!

MET League of Colleges presented the ‘Mumbai Times Carnival 2010’ being the solo title sponsor to this annual feature of Maharshtra Times. The Carnival was inaugurated by the Prominent Educationist and Academia Expert CA. Sunil G. Karve, Founder – MET, along with the eminent bollywood celebrities like Madhuri Dixit, Sharman Joshi, Sukvinder Singh just to name a few. The celebration was kicked off at Sathaye College, Vile Parle, Mumbai on December 13, 2010 in the presence of a large student crowd.

As part of the carnival a grand float stage was created that traveled to many colleges throughout Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, the colleges included - Birla, Patkar, Ruia, Vartak, Ruparel etc. even the University of Mumbai was one of the venue. On one hand this float stage became the platform on which many engaging events and enthralling performance were conducted throughout the seven days of the celebration. On the other hand series of informative career seminars was also organized at leading city colleges. The seminars titled as Mission Admission, Be Confident, Spardhetla Career, Science Ki Zappi and many more were well attended by hundreds of students at all the venues. The Carnival was culminated into a grand finale on December 18, 2010.
