MET AMDC student Sherwin Rodrigues is a true wordsmith. Having won the National Scrabble Champion of India he had already proven that MET students are shaper than the rest.

He was the sole representative of India at the World Scrabble Championship at Johor Bahru, Malaysia from November 26 – 29, 2009. An exceptionally bright player Sherwin showcased his word-skill at this event, beating players of international repute he finished among the top 15. His victory led India to qualify for two seats next year. MET is proud to sponsor Indian participation at the World Scrabble Championship, Malaysia. CA.
