'Cut to — Mumbai', a short film made by students of Institute of Mass Media, has been short-listed to be screened at the Cape Town film festival. It will also be screened at other international film festivals. The film was selected from 800 entries at a film screening held at Cinemax in Andheri (West). The film deals with the social issues facing the city. The panel of judges included Anupam Kher and Nagesh Kukunoor
