MET Institute of Management’s students of MMS - HR; Sanika Auti, Aditi Rane, Tanmay Poojary, Deeksha Malekar, Richa Walecha, Prerna Virmani, Ketaki Kulkarni and Janhavi Maheshkar attended the 34th Naval Tata Memorial Lecture, hosted by the NIPM Mumbai Chapter at IMC, Mumbai.
The insightful session by Dr. Santosh V. Bhave, Director – HR & IR, Bharat Forge Ltd., explored how Gen Z is reshaping leadership, workplace culture and strategic HR, with valuable perspectives on authenticity, flexibility, continuous feedback and empathy.
