Dr. Preeti Shirodkar conducted a lecture series for students of Dr. BMN College, from February to March 2019, unraveling the aspects of the short story, as a form of story-telling. Dwelling on a story written by Idrayani Sowkar, Dr. Shirodkar taught students varied facets of how a story can be read and interpreted, providing fascinating insights to students about the themes, styles and types, within the short story as a genre, enhancing their understanding of this form in Literature.
