First Hand Brand Experience: Live Project

With an aim to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-life business challenges, MET Institute of Management encouraged its MMS students to undertake a live project with Jingle Toons, a well known brand in the kids category. It was to reposition the said Brand with doing in depth analysis of the edutainment sector. The exercise involved review, surveys and focus group interviews of the parents of the kids below the age group of 16 years. After almost three months of work, students presented their recommendations to Jingle Toons Management and it was well appreciated. The students were motivated by Prof. Dr. Vijay Page, Director General - MET IOM and Dr. Sangeeta Tandon, Deputy Director - MET IOM during this time and mentored for this project by Dr. Rajiv Gupte and Dr. Nitin Kulkarni. The project was pro-bono in nature indicating Industry academia synthesis.
