MET eMBA outbound programme initiated by MET Asian Management Development Centre was a great learning experience, it was more of a self-discovery programme for the PGP eMBA & PGP SBA students where they got to know about their personality through a practical approach.
The programme was conducted by Mr. Bhushan Lawande, Founder & MD, E4 Development & Coaching Ltd. and the Team at Rambhau Mhalgi Probodhini, Bhayander (w), Thane.
By participating in various activities, students realised the importance of teamwork, team coordination, communication, situational leadership, having the right balance and attention to details. The significance of inter-dependency and understanding other members in the team beyond their strengths and weaknesses were practically instilled.
