Dr. Farida Virani, Professor, HR and Behavioral Sciences, MET Institute of Management, delivered the Mediation and Conciliation Training Programme (MCTP) to the national and regional members for CAB USA at the Miller Ward Alumni House at Emory University in Atlanta USA. The MCTP was delivered under the aegis of the Ismaili International Conciliation and Arbitration Board (ICAB). The ICAB's flagship 40-hour MCTP is delivered by leading Ismaili mediation professionals and trainers to over 700 CAB members around the world every three years.
