MET Institute of Mass Media organised MET Synergy - An HR Meet & Panel Discussion on 26th November 2022. The event began with Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, Mumbai Educational Trust welcoming and felicitating all the esteemed guests from the HR fraternity.

The Chief Guest Ms. Reenna C Dave, AVP - Brand Solutions, Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd (Times Group) addressed the audience with the essence of 'Brand You' and discussed how the push factor works for a product and the pull factor for a brand.

HR Professionals from different media organisations attended the event. The PG students pursuing Mass Media at MET also presented their learnings and skillsets. This was followed by a skit performance by students on the importance of HR function in an organisation which further concluded with a panel discussion on ‘Workplace trends and strategies for success'. An interactive conversation covering nuances of an employee life cycle, employee engagement, the paradigm shift of employment and the growth mindset was insightful.

The panelists also addressed queries of the ADMM students with respect to their work-life preparations, recruitment selection process and expectations v/s expected. The day was filled with learning for the students and a happy association for the HR professionals.
