MET Institute of Computer Science hosted an orientation program in the Mathematical Foundation for MCA students on behalf of Mumbai University and BOS. Dr. Abhijit Banubakode, Principal - MET Institute of Computer Science in his welcome address emphasized the importance of modern technologies included in the revised syllabus of CS 1, Advanced Java and Web Technologies. Dr. Harshali Patil, MET ICS gave an overview of contents of Mathematical foundation for CS I subject followed by demonstrations by Prof Omprakash L Mandge, MET ICS on emerging technologies such as Spring Framework, Node JS and Angular JS. Prof Chetna Achar, MET ICS explained how to conduct practicals in Web Technology. These sessions were attended by faculty members of various MCA colleges of University of Mumbai and Board of Studies members.
