With a desire to make young minds move towards a more inclusive society, sans discrimination, Dr. Preeti Shirodkar, an expert on Gender Issues, delivered a talk to students of MET’s Institute of Pharmacy on 10th April, 2019, making them aware about how they need to be gender sensitive, in their day to day interaction with their peers and faculty members. Dr. Shirodkar also offered useful tips to students, on what they need to follow, if they face discrimination and educated them about the various authorities they could approach at such times.
