A session on Gender Sensitization was organised for the MCA students of MET Institute of Computer Science (MET ICS) on 6th October 2026. The session was conducted by Ms. Getaksha M. Goel, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of PGDM. The session focused on developing awareness and understanding of gender equality, stereotypes, inclusivity, and respectful interpersonal behaviour.
The students were encouraged to reflect on social attitudes, unconscious biases, and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive environment in academic and professional spaces.
Through practical examples and interactive discussions, the session sensitized students towards promoting mutual respect, equality, and responsible behaviour in their personal and professional lives.
