MET Institute of Management successfully commenced AAROHAN 2.0 on 5th January 2026, marking the beginning of the new semester with an inspiring address by Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET Institute of Management. Extending New Year wishes, she warmly welcomed students back to campus and concluded her address with a thought-provoking message on embracing grace and gratitude over entitlement.
The session proceeded with a comprehensive overview of the Semester II curriculum, along with a recap of Semester I. Students who achieved over 95% attendance in Semester I were specially appreciated for their commitment, discipline, and consistency.
Dr. Manmeet Barve, Dean, MET Institute of Management, then addressed the students and outlined key academic and experiential opportunities ahead. He highlighted the Student Internship Programme (SIP) opportunity in Mauritius and informed students about MET’s participation in the Mumbai Marathon, where student volunteering will be recognised as On-the-Job Training (OJT). He also introduced upcoming campus initiatives such as MET Utsav, MET Got Talent, and MET Sports, aimed at fostering creativity, talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
AAROHAN 2.0 set a positive and purposeful tone for the semester, reinforcing MET IOM’s commitment to holistic learning, experiential education, and student development.
