As part of Aarohan 2026 - The Induction Programme for the PGDM Batch 2026–28, the institute hosted an inspiring Entrepreneurial Talk featuring Mr. Rammesh Thakkaar, Founder of Joy N Joy Foods LLP; Ms. Jashika Dhillon, Founder of India's Spiciest Food Brand; and Mr. Harsh Shah, Founder of Ciyora. Adding immense pride to the occasion, Mr. Rammesh Thakkaar and Mr. Harsh Shah returned to their alma mater as distinguished alumni to inspire the next generation of management professionals.
The speakers shared their entrepreneurial journeys, highlighting the realities of building and scaling successful ventures. From identifying market opportunities and understanding customer needs to overcoming challenges, embracing innovation, and developing resilience, the session offered students practical insights that extended far beyond classroom learning.
The engaging interaction encouraged students to think creatively, take calculated risks, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. It reinforced the idea that leadership is driven by vision, perseverance, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful businesses.
