MET Institute of PGDM organized an insightful session on Gender Sensitization and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) on 20th July 2026 as part of Aarohan 2026 - The Induction Programme for the PGDM Batch 2026–28.
The session was conducted by Advocate Aileen Marques, an accomplished legal practitioner and advocate for human rights and workplace equality. Through engaging discussions, real-world case studies, and practical workplace scenarios, she introduced students to the key provisions of the POSH Act, 2013, while emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, professional boundaries, empathy, inclusivity, and ethical conduct in today's corporate environment.
The interactive session encouraged students to reflect on the responsibilities of creating safe and respectful workplaces while helping them understand how awareness, sensitivity, and accountability contribute to a positive organizational culture. By introducing these essential values at the very beginning of their management journey, MET Institute of PGDM continues to prepare future business leaders who are not only professionally competent but also socially responsible and ethically driven.
