Leadership is best developed through experience, and at MET Institute of PGDM, learning goes beyond the classroom.
As part of the Aarohan Induction Programme, the PGDM Batch 2026–28 participated in Journey to the Top (JTTT) on 17th July 2026, an immersive business simulation conducted in collaboration with Square Sequel Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Jimmy Jain, Founder & Director, Square Sequel Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Arvind Mishra, Director – Solution Sales, Square Sequel Consulting Pvt. Ltd., who engaged students in a series of dynamic business challenges designed to strengthen strategic thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making.
From creating team identities to tackling high-pressure business scenarios, participants experienced the realities of leadership, learning the importance of collaboration, resilience, and making informed decisions in uncertain situations.
Through such experiential learning initiatives, MET Institute of PGDM continues to prepare future management professionals with the skills, confidence, and leadership mindset required to excel in today's dynamic business environment.
