MET Institute of PGDM believes that mental well-being is the foundation of effective leadership and lifelong success.
As part of Aarohan 2026 – the Induction Programme for the PGDM Batch 2026–28, held on 20th July 2026, the institute organized an insightful session on Mental Health and Mental Well-Being led by Ms. Riddhi Doshi, Child Psychologist, Mental Health Practitioner, and 3x TEDx Speaker.
The session encouraged students to recognize the importance of emotional resilience, mindfulness, and self-awareness in both their personal and professional lives. Through engaging discussions and practical strategies, Ms. Doshi shared valuable insights on managing stress, building emotional intelligence, developing a positive mindset, and maintaining mental well-being while navigating the challenges of academic and corporate life.
The interactive session inspired students to prioritize self-care, embrace emotional strength, and understand that resilient leaders are those who can effectively manage both challenges and opportunities with confidence and empathy.
At MET Institute of PGDM, management education goes beyond academics by fostering holistic development and preparing students to become resilient, emotionally intelligent, and future-ready leaders.
