As part of the IIC Calendar of Events, MET Institute of Management conducted an insightful session on “Angel Investment and VC Funding Opportunities for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs”, led by Mr. Rajesh Ranjan, Founder of O2 Angel Network.
Mr. Ranjan offered a comprehensive overview of the startup funding lifecycle, from pre-seed to Series A and explained the roles of angel investors, venture capitalists, accelerators, and Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs). He also shared success stories of startups like Janitri, Kluisz.ai, and Unibose Tech, providing students with real-world context.
Joining him for the interactive Q&A session was Mr. Manish Johari, who shared practical advice and tips for early-stage entrepreneurs.
The session empowered students with actionable insights on navigating the funding landscape and concluded with a powerful message: “Start small, think big, and be investor-ready from Day 1.”
