Student & Faculty represented MET Institute of Management at the prestigious round table discussion on “DPDP & Data Resilience in BFSI: Strengthening Security & Trust in the Age of DPDP," jointly organized by the Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty (CKS) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The team led by faculty members Dr. Rohini Andhare and Ms. Dharmishta Gala, along with MMS Finance students Ms. Srushti Salunkhe, Ms. Mounika Pantagani, and Mr. Kaustubh Korpe.
The session featured an insightful address by Mr. Ashish Kumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, NSE, who highlighted the importance of building trust, strengthening security, and enhancing data resilience to shape India's digital future. The event also marked the launch of the report, "Data Resilience in India: A Framework for National Digital Security," in the presence of Mr. Ashish Kumar Chauhan, Mr. Vinit Goenka, and other distinguished dignitaries.
The discussions provided valuable insights into the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, cybersecurity, and data resilience in the BFSI sector. They also offered MET students a unique opportunity to interact with industry leaders and gain firsthand insights into the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
