MET Institute of PGDM in collaboration with the Project Management Institute (PMI), India, successfully conducted a Project Management Training Program for PGDM students, strengthening their foundation in globally recognized project management practices aligned with PMI standards.
The program equipped students with practical exposure to predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches, along with hands-on experience in project scope definition, scheduling, cost and risk management, stakeholder engagement, and professional communication—guided by PMI’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
