MET Institute of PGDM hosted a distinguished delegation from the Consortium for Global Education on 6 February 2026, marking a significant step toward advancing its global academic engagement. The delegation comprised Dr. Carolyn Bishop, President, Consortium for Global Education; Dr. Jeffrey Moore, Professor of MBA Studies, Anderson University; Dr. Philip Bailey, Associate Professor of Management and Director of MBA, Carson-Newman University; and Mr. Jean (John) Moore, Adjunct Faculty and Businessman, Anderson University.
During the visit, the delegates held detailed discussions with MET faculty members to explore avenues for future collaborations with leading international universities. The interaction was followed by an engaging session with students, highlighting the importance of cross-cultural learning, global perspectives, and effective communication in a rapidly interconnected world.
The visit concluded with a meeting with MET Trustees, where proposals for collaborative research, short-term student exchange programs, and broader academic partnerships were deliberated.
