The Consulting Conclave 2025 at MET Institute of Management proved to be a valuable learning experience for students. Participants delivered impressive brand strategy presentations, making it a challenge for the judges to select the winners.

The first prize went to the team presenting Sugar Free Sweetener for their compelling brand plan that positioned Sugar Free as both a health-conscious and lifestyle-driven choice. Through frameworks such as PESTLE Analysis, Segmentation, and the Brand Identity Prism, they demonstrated how balancing taste and wellness can expand the brand’s appeal among modern, fitness-oriented consumers.

The second prize was awarded to the team presenting Govardhan Ghee for their insightful strategy centered on trust, awareness, and availability. Highlighting the brand’s cultural roots and emotional resonance, the team effectively applied models like the Need × Demand Occasion Model, Laddering Technique, and Brand Key Model to capture consumer behavior and brand differentiation.

Securing the third prize, the team presenting Shaadi.com impressed the judges with their strategic approach toward regional expansion and cultural alignment. Using the Brand Architecture Model and Ansoff Matrix, they identified growth opportunities through market penetration and diversification in India’s evolving matchmaking industry.
