Dr. Garima Bansal, Assistant Professor at MET Institute of PGDM, was invited as the Resource Person for a full-day session on POSH Awareness, Gender Sensitization, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Agarwal P.G. College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on 18th May 2026.
The session focused on both the legal framework of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act and the broader human values of dignity, empathy, accountability and inclusive leadership. Through case studies, group discussions, experiential activities, and reflective exercises, participants examined how unconscious biases, stereotypes, everyday behaviours, and silence can influence the culture of an institution.
The interactive discussions encouraged participants to reflect on their role in creating safer, more inclusive, and equitable environments for all.
