MET Institute of PGDM successfully concluded a highly insightful Faculty Development Programme (FDP) held on 21st November 2025. The programme brought together faculty members and academic professionals to enhance their research capabilities through two specialised knowledge sessions.
The first session, “Exploring Regression Analysis – The Backbone of Quantitative Research,” was conducted by Ms. Sushanta Lahiri ( Bhattacharyya), Assistant Professor, MET Institute of PGDM. The session offered an in-depth understanding of regression techniques, their applications, and their role in strengthening quantitative research frameworks.
The second session, “Enhancing Research Skills Using SPSS – Factor Analysis,” was led by Dr. Dr Sangeeta Trott, Dean – Research and Innovation, ITM Skills University. Participants gained valuable insights into the practical application of Factor Analysis using SPSS, enabling them to adopt data-driven approaches in their research endeavours.
Appreciation goes to both esteemed speakers for delivering enriching sessions. Thanks are also extended to all participants and the organising team for their efforts in ensuring the success of this FDP.
