MET Centre of Educational Technology organised an FDP Workshop on “Emotional Intelligence” on 9th October 2026. The workshop was conducted by MET Academician Dr. Harshada Mulay, Associate Professor, MET Institute of PGDM.
The activity-based session was thoroughly enjoyed by the participants. The roleplays gave a hands-on practice of mentoring students, keeping emotional intelligence at its focus. The session encouraged MET Academicians to look at how understanding and managing emotions can help us communicate better, build stronger relationships, and lead with greater empathy and effectiveness.
The session gave rise to meaningful conversations, reflections, and practical insights, which continued even after the session was over, signifying the real impact of the session.
