MET CET organized a Faculty Development Programme titled “Psychological First Aid” on 22nd April 2026 under the theme “Mentoring for Mental Health.”
Led by Ms. Anisha Basu Choudhury, Counseling Psychologist, the session highlighted the importance of creating an emotionally safe environment for students, with a strong focus on empathy as a key to fostering recovery and resilience.
