A “Fest Stall Challenge” was organized on 8th October 2026 by Niranjan Patil, a second-year MCA student and Google Student Ambassador, for the first-year MCA students of MET Institute of Computer Science. Based on the theme “Build it, Brand it, and Pitch it,” the activity encouraged students to transform creative ideas into visual concepts using Gemini AI and Nano Banana.
Dhruv Deshpande won the challenge with his innovative stall concept, “The Living Gallery,” earning an opportunity to compete for a Google Pixel Mobile phone at The National Level. The session also introduced students to various Google student programs, promoting creativity, innovation, and active participation in campus technology initiatives.
The activity provided students with a valuable opportunity to explore generative AI tools and develop their entrepreneurial thinking and presentation skills.
