On 25th March 2026, MET Institute of Management organized a comprehensive mentoring session for the students of First-Year MMS 2025–27.
The session was designed to provide strategic guidance on upcoming Summer Internship Placements (SIP) and the preparation of On-the-Job Training (OJT) reports, equipping students with clarity on expectations and deliverables.
Mentors also offered valuable insights into resume building, emphasizing effective structuring, impactful keyword usage, and alignment with industry requirements to enhance employability.
The session was conducted by an esteemed panel of faculty members, including Dr. Swati Lodha, Dr. Manmeet Barve, Mr. Sandesh Akre, Dr. Rohini Andhare, Dr. Nitin Kulkarni, Dr. Sandeep Chopde, Dr. Nirmala Joshi, Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, Mr. Shailesh Sargade, Ms. Dharmishta Gala, Mr. Gaurav Deshmukh and Ms.Gauri Sane.
The mentoring session concluded on a positive and encouraging note, leaving students better prepared and more confident about their internship journey ahead.
