MET Institute of PGDM organised an insightful industry visit to GRP Limited on 6th August 2026, in association with the MET PGDM HR Club, offering students a closer look at how sustainability, circular economy and Human Resource practices come together in the manufacturing industry.
From understanding tyre recycling and reclaim rubber production to exploring sustainable manufacturing practices, students gained valuable insights into resource efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, workforce planning, safety, employee engagement and change management.
The visit bridged classroom learning with real-world industry practices, helping students understand how organisations can align people, processes, and sustainability to build responsible and future-ready businesses.
