MET Institute of Management organised a guest lecture on “Competency-Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM)” delivered by industry veteran Mr. Durgesh Deshpande.
The session explored how competency-based frameworks support talent acquisition, performance management and Learning & Development. Through industry insights and real-world examples, students gained an understanding of HR’s strategic role as a business partner in driving organisational growth.
The session was organised by Dr. Farida Virani and Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, providing students with valuable industry exposure and practical insights into contemporary HR practices.
