MET Institute of Mass Media organized an HR Conclave on 15th November 2025 on the theme “Growth Mindset: Building Futures, Not Just Filling Roles.” The event featured a keynote address by Mr. Manish Bhatt, Founder & Director of Scarecrow Communications. This was followed by an insightful panel discussion where esteemed guests addressed various questions related to employment opportunities in the media industry and the integration of AI. The panel also shared perspectives on how Gen Z approaches job opportunities and their workplace expectations.

The event was gracefully hosted by students Athea Sequeira and Misbah Khan, while Preethy Cherian and Akshata Hegde moderated the panel with great skill. The conclave concluded with a well-articulated summary delivered by Purva Mhatre.
