As a part of Aarohan 2.0, Students of MMS 2025–27 batch from MET Institute of Management on 6th January 2026 commenced Day 1 of their two-day Industrial Visit (IV); gaining exposure to diverse manufacturing setups and operational practices across leading industries.
The visit began at Hindalco Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group and a global leader in aluminium and copper. Students observed large-scale aluminium processing operations, integrated manufacturing systems, and stringent quality-driven workflows across upstream and downstream functions.
At Navneet Education Limited, a key player in publishing and stationery with a domestic and international footprint, students explored its integrated manufacturing facility covering printing, binding, finishing, quality control, and sustainability processes. The experience highlighted how automation, forecasting, and supply-chain efficiencies enable high-volume production.
The itinerary further included Shinsei (Min Toy Pvt. Ltd.), where students learned about toy manufacturing using ABS thermoplastics, mould-based assembly lines, and structured waste-management practices, reflecting cost-effective and environmentally conscious production.
At Sejal Glass Limited, a reputed provider of architectural and processed glass solutions, students observed automated cutting, controlled heating, insulation systems, and dust-removal technologies integral to precision-oriented glass processing.
Overall, Day 1 offered wide-ranging exposure to industrial diversity, operational efficiencies, and quality systems across sectors, contributing to a holistic learning experience under Aarohan 2.0.
