As part of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) initiative, which encourages innovation and knowledge-sharing through the involvement of Innovation Ambassadors, Mr. Shailesh Sargade from MET Institute of Management conducted a session on "Converting Innovation into Start-up" for undergraduate students at Western College of Commerce & Business Management, Navi Mumbai.
The session focused on the process of transforming an innovative idea into a start-up, covering key elements such as identifying a problem, developing a solution, creating a prototype, validating the concept, and designing a business model. It also highlighted the importance of aligning innovation with market needs and introduced relevant tools and frameworks to support entrepreneurial thinking.
This initiative aimed to help students understand the practical aspects of innovation and early-stage entrepreneurship, contributing to the broader goal of fostering a culture of innovation and enterprise among young learners.
