Ms. Alina Kisina, Chief Executive Officer of Borzo (WeFast), delivered an insightful International Guest Session at MET Institute of Management. The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET IOM emphasizing the relevance of global leadership in today’s dynamic business environment.
Following a formal introduction and felicitation by Dr. Manmeet Barve, Dean - Academics, MET IOM and Dr. Lodha, Ms. Kisina shared her professional journey and led the session on “The Power of Communication and Changes in Communication.”
Through interactive discussions and activities, students examined the importance of communication, reasons behind communication gaps, and its strategic role during organizational change. Drawing from Borzo’s growth journey and her experience since joining the company in 2024, Ms. Kisina highlighted how effective communication enables organizations to scale and sustain.
The session offered valuable perspectives on communication, leadership, and change management, enriching students’ understanding of contemporary business practices.
