On 11th December, 2025, a unique and engaging learning activity was conducted by Dr. Rashmi Bhadani and Ms. Dharmistha Gala, where the students of the MET Institute of Management were taken to the MET Library for an immersive research experience.
In an age dominated by instant digital answers and advanced LLMs, this activity encouraged students to momentarily step away from screens and rediscover the art of exploring knowledge through physical books. The professors assigned each group a specific topic, prompting students to navigate shelves, indexes, and chapters to locate relevant information, reviving the excitement of traditional research.
The library was filled with enthusiasm as students collaborated, investigated, and enjoyed the tactile experience of learning from books. This thoughtfully designed activity not only enhanced their research skills but also reminded them of the timeless value and charm of physical libraries.
The session was thoroughly enjoyed by the students, making it a memorable and refreshing learning experience.
