Dr. Rashmi Bhadani, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of Management, Mumbai, presented her research paper titled “Yoga, Mindfulness, and Students' Success Explored Through PLS-SEM and fsQCA” at the International Conference on Management and Information Systems (ICMIS-25), held on 28–29, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand. The conference was organised in collaboration with INFOMS and AIMS International. Delegates from Japan, Dubai, Jordon, India, Bangkok and other countries participated in the Conference.
The paper examined the role of yoga and mindfulness practices in influencing academic performance and emotional well-being among 325 HEI students. Using mixed methodologies - PLS-SEM and fsQCA-the research highlighted the relevance of these practices in supporting student success.
The paper was aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, reflecting MET Institute of Management’s commitment to advancing research that integrates well-being with academic excellence.
