Dr. Sagar Gaikwad, Assistant Professor, MET Institute of Management won the Best Ph.D. Thesis Presentation at the International Conference (NLDICM-2023) on 'Challenges and Opportunities for Entrepreneurship and Business Growth' organized by N.L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai and received a cash prize of Rs.10,000.
Dr. Gaikwad’s doctoral research was focused on developing best practices to improve employee performance and efficiency, especially amongst millennials, titled, ‘A Study on Impact of Work Engagement on Job Performance and Retention of Millennials in IT firms in Mumbai’.
