MET AMDC organised an industry visit to the Avhad Experience Center, Mahim, on 3 September 2026 as part of the Real Estate Management subject. Arranged by Prof. Yash Paleja, the visit provided students with practical exposure to key aspects of real estate operations, including lead generation, project presentation, customer engagement and sales processes.
Students explored project models, VR experiences and 2 BHK and 3 BHK sample flats, gaining insights into how real estate projects are positioned as lifestyle offerings.
An interaction with Mr. Hitesh Avhad, Director, Avhad Experience Center, further enriched the learning experience, offering students valuable industry insights and perspectives on careers and professional growth.
