MET Institute of Pharmacy was represented by Dr. Abha Doshi, Principal, MET Institute of Pharmacy (Degree), as a distinguished Moderator and Panelist at the India SDG Leadership Forum 2026 – “Advancing Sustainable Development Through Pharma & Chemicals”, held on 14th August 2026 at Sanofi House, Powai, Mumbai.
The forum brought together senior business leaders, industry professionals, and representatives from the UN Global Compact to discuss “India’s Progress Against the SDGs: Bridging Ambition and Action.” Dr. Doshi shared her perspectives on the pivotal role of academia in advancing SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4 – Quality Education.
Her participation highlighted the importance of strengthening collaboration between academia, industry, government, and society to translate sustainable development goals into meaningful and measurable action.
