MET Institute of Management, in collaboration with Being HR, successfully hosted the HR Conclave 2025 on 4th October 2025. The event commenced with an inspiring Lighting of the Lamp ceremony, graced by Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, Mumbai Educational Trust, Dr. Swati Lodha, Director, MET IOM, and distinguished industry leaders, setting a motivational tone for the day.
The conclave featured engaging panel discussions on workforce resilience, adaptability, and the future of work, emphasizing curiosity, continuous learning, and embracing disruption as key drivers of success in an AI-driven world. Eminent HR leaders, including Ms. Saumya Dutta, Mr. Hitesh Kambli, Ms. Swati Dogra, and Mr. Balasubramanian Sethuraman, shared insights on resilience, anti-fragility, and skill development, while workshops by Soham Dadarkar Academy and Mr. Gurvinder Kumar offered experiential learning on innovation, workplace biases, and performance management systems.
The event also celebrated academic excellence, with the Pratibha Scholarship awarded to four outstanding girl students and recognition given to 40 exceptional performers from the institute. Dr. Farida Virani’s book, AI-Powered People Management, was launched, highlighting AI’s transformative role in HR.
The conclave concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, reflecting MET’s commitment to holistic development, practical learning, and industry engagement—a perfect blend of knowledge, leadership, and inspiration.
