MET Institute of Management organized a two-day comprehensive assessment program for its newly inducted students of MMS 2025–27. The assessment was conducted to measure the students’ aptitude, communication, reasoning, and behavioural skills, ensuring a holistic understanding of their abilities.
The execution of the two-day assessment was innovatively designed as a live project for the students of MMS 2024–26 specializing in Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. The Marketing students took charge of branding, bringing creativity and innovation to the forefront by designing the event theme around the Pitstop of Formula 1, complete with dynamic creatives and an experiential race-like atmosphere. The Operations students leveraged their expertise to develop real-time dashboards for tracking and monitoring assessment results with precision and efficiency. Meanwhile, the HR students curated and structured the assessments to evaluate participants’ competencies, applying their human resource management and talent evaluation skills effectively.
This initiative not only enabled the newly inducted batch to be assessed comprehensively but also gave the senior batch an opportunity to apply their classroom learnings in a practical, industry-relevant project, fostering collaboration, innovation, and experiential learning.
